If you have an itinerary inquiry and we are unavailable, leave a message with your travel details, name, phone number, and email address, and our first available travel expert will respond to you with the lowest possible airfare for your itinerary.

Q: DO YOU QUOTE DISCOUNT AIRFARES OVER THE PHONE OR BY EMAIL?

A: Yes, we quote both over the phone and by email, depending on your preference. Our expert agents will complete an extensive search for the best available fares for your desired flight dates or tour.

Q: DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS ON AIR TICKETS, HOTEL BOOKINGS, OR TOURS?

A: We can provide discounted prices on most luxury international airlines, hotels, and tours. Contact our consultants for any specific inquiries or preferences.

Q: CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC AIRLINE OR HOTEL?

A: Yes, you can mention your preferences to your consultant and they will confirm if we can book with that specific airline or hotel. We will also provide you with a quote for the lowest available airfare or hotel rate possible for your preferred carrier or property.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express with a valid billing address and verifiable forms of photo ID, such as passports and driver’s licenses. We also accept PayPal payments, bank wire transfers, and money orders.

Q: WHAT IS AN E-TICKET AND WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT?

A: An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that is stored in the airline’s reservation system. We will send your e-ticket to the email you provide during purchase, which will contain yor trip’s flight details and confirmation number. It’s important to ensure that the name on your e-ticket matches your passport or government-issued ID. Please have a copy of your e-ticket and matching ID with you before leaving for the airport, as you will need both to check in and receive your boarding pass.

Q: CAN I MAKE ADVANCED SEAT ASSIGNMENTS WHEN PURCHASING AIR TICKETS?

A: In most cases, yes. Our experts will assist you in securing your desired seat(s), as long as it’s not under airport control and not too far in advance from your travel date.

Q: WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS FOR TRAVELING WITH AN INFANT?

A: Most airlines consider children under the age of 2 to be an infant and have a 10% airfare surcharge (plus applicable taxes) on top of the regular adult discounted airfare ticket. This does not guarantee a second seat for your child, but you will be allowed to share your seat with your infant. If empty seats are available, most airlines will allow you to place your child in an open seat. However, if no extra seats are available, you must share your seat with your infant for the entire flight. On several domestic routes, infants are included free of charge on your ticket, but please mention on your reservation that your infant will be traveling with you.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES REGARDING AIRFARES AND HOTELS?

A: Since we do not own any airlines or hotels, the refund policy applicable is the same as that of the airline or hotel. Please ask your travel expert for details during your flight or hotel booking.

Q: WHAT ARE THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES FOR MY FLIGHT?

A: The baggage allowances vary depending on the airline, the class of service you have booked, and your destination. Generally, most airlines have restrictions on the number, weight, and size of baggage items allowed per passenger. To know your baggage allowances, please refer to your booking confirmation or contact your travel expert. They will be able to provide you with specific information regarding your flight’s baggage allowances.

Q: Is Chauffeur service available?

A: Some Airlines provide Chauffeur service, while others do not. We can assist you in arranging the Chauffeur service with the Airlines that offer it. Regrettably, we currently do not offer our Chauffeur services.
